Applicable for Institute Subscription Plans1. Institute Subscription Refunds
Coaching institute subscription payments can be refunded within 7 days of transaction under the following conditions:
- Refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment completion.
- The institute has conducted 2 or fewer exams during the paid period.
- If more than 2 exams have been conducted, the plan is not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Claim a Refund
To initiate a refund request, send an email to support@gyanrank.com or call/WhatsApp support at +91 7479554247 with:
- • Registered Institute Email & Name
- • Payment Gateway Order ID / Razorpay Payment Reference
- • Reason for refund request
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 3 to 7 business days.
