Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of subscription purchase for monthly plans if no exams have been created.
• Within 14 days for annual plans if no exams have been created.
• Refunds are not available for the ₹1 welcome offer plan.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@gyanrank.com with your registered email, payment ID, and reason for refund. We will process eligible requests within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Subscription has been actively used (exams created, students enrolled).
• Request made after the refund window.
• Account suspended due to policy violations.
