Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 3 to 7 days of subscription purchase for monthly plans, based on account activity review.
- Within 7 days for annual plans if no significant platform usage has occurred.
- Refunds are not available for promotional or special offer plans unless required by law.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@gyanrank.com with your registered email, payment ID, and reason for refund. We review requests within 3-7 business days and process eligible refunds accordingly.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription has been actively used for institute operations (exams created, users onboarded, or reports generated).
- Request made after the applicable 3-7 day refund window.
- Account suspended due to policy violations.
