7-Day Refund Window
Institute subscription refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment.
- Refund is allowed only when the institute has taken 2 or fewer exams after payment.
- If more than 2 exams have been taken, the subscription is not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are not available for accounts suspended for policy violations.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@gyanrank.com with your registered email, payment ID, institute name, and refund reason. We review eligible requests within 3-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund request is made after 7 days from payment.
- The institute has taken more than 2 exams after payment.
- Account is locked or suspended due to misuse, fraud, or policy violation.
- Promotional or special offer plans are non-refundable unless required by law.
