Effective Date: September 05, 2026Welcome to GyanRank. By creating an account, registering an institute, or logging into our web portal and Android Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. User Account Terms & Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining password secrecy and restricting unauthorized access to your account.
2. SaaS Subscriptions & Payment Terms
GyanRank provides subscription-based SaaS services for educational institutes. Billing is processed on monthly or annual renewal cycles via authorized payment partners (e.g. Razorpay). Access to premium features requires an active subscription or valid trial period.
3. Exam Code of Conduct & Anti-Cheating
Students must attempt tests honestly. Tab-switching, multiple concurrent device logins, and unauthorized assistance during timed CBT exams may result in test cancellation by institute administrators.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Software algorithms, web designs, trademarks, and code belong exclusively to GyanRank. Question papers, PDF notes, and study material uploaded by institutes remain the property of their respective creators.
5. Limitation of Liability
GyanRank is an assessment software platform. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet outages, student performance disputes, or institute grading decisions.
6. Account Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in policy violations, spam, or security breaches. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bihar, India.
