1. Service Description

GyanRank provides an online exam management platform for coaching institutes. Institutes can create exams, manage students and teachers, and track results.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Institute accounts require admin approval before activation.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Institute features require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-lock on expiry; data is preserved but access is restricted.
• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• Refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page.

4. Exam Integrity

• Students must not use unfair means during online exams.
• Exam timers are server-controlled and cannot be manipulated.
• Exams are auto-submitted when time expires.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or bypass platform security.
• Uploading inappropriate or copyrighted content without authorization.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers.

6. Limitation of Liability

GyanRank is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, exam disruptions, or any damages arising from platform usage.
