GyanRank ("we", "us", or "our") operates the GyanRank website at https://gyanrank.com and the related mobile app, along with institute dashboards and payment workflows (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service on the app or the website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

- Institute, class, roll number, or registration information
- Messages, support requests, and other information you submit through forms

- Exam attempts, answers, scores, rankings, and result history
- Notes, lectures, content access history, and student progress data
- Subscription status, billing history, and transaction references

- Pages or screens viewed, timestamps, requested URLs, referring URLs, and usage patterns

- Notification tokens and app identifiers where required for service delivery
d) Payment-related information
- Payment status, order identifiers, and transaction metadata
- Limited billing information needed to reconcile payments and support disputes
- We do not intentionally store card numbers, UPI PINs, or other raw payment credentials on our servers; payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay

- Institutes and teachers: exam data, results, and profile information may be visible to the institute you are enrolled with so they can manage academic activity.
- Payment providers: limited payment data may be shared with third-party gateways and processors such as Razorpay to complete transactions.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, messaging, and support vendors may access information only to perform services on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and property, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers: if we merge, sell assets, or undergo a similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
