1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GyanRank. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GyanRank platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

By accessing or using GyanRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Institutes must provide valid business information and documentation
• Students must register with valid educational credentials
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

2.2 Account Approval

• Institute accounts require admin approval before activation
• We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account at our discretion
• Approval may take 1-3 business days

2.3 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to all platform features

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Institute Administrators

• Manage institute profile and information accurately
• Add and manage teachers responsibly
• Review and respond to student enrollment requests
• Create and manage classes, subjects, and exams
• Upload appropriate educational content
• Maintain active subscription for continued access

3.2 Teachers

• Create and manage exams within assigned institute
• Upload educational content and study materials
• Grade and publish exam results responsibly
• Follow institute guidelines and policies

3.3 Students

• Provide accurate information during enrollment
• Follow exam rules and maintain academic integrity
• Do not share login credentials with others
• Use platform resources for educational purposes only

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Institutes require an active subscription to access platform features
• Pricing plans: Monthly (₹999), Annual (₹9,999), Launch Offer (special pricing)
• Free trial period may be offered to new institutes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PhonePe gateway
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made in advance for subscription activation
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refund eligibility and process.

5. Exam Integrity and Academic Honesty

• Students must complete exams independently without unauthorized assistance
• Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited
• Institutes and teachers must ensure exam security and fairness
• We reserve the right to invalidate exam results if misconduct is detected
• Students found cheating may be banned from the platform

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

• GyanRank platform, design, and original content are owned by WPFixHub
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission
• Our logo, trademarks, and branding are protected intellectual property

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (exams, notes, images)
• By uploading content, you grant us license to use it for platform operations
• You must have rights to all content you upload
• Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to hack or breach platform security
• Scrape or collect data using automated tools
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Resell or commercialize platform access

8. Data Privacy and Security

• Your privacy is important to us

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials

9. Service Availability

• We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYANRANK AND WPFIXHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content
• Exam results or academic outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscription in the last 12 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Security or error-free operation

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GyanRank, WPFixHub, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of any rights
• Content you upload

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
